When is new technology not right for your business? This is a question that must be carefully considered for each business. I believe the answer is - 1. When you are willing to take the time to impliment the technology, 2. When you believe it will enhance your business through better customer service, cost savings, increased revenues, or help your employees or you more effective.
I know one business that has a need for a webite to post information for their customers, but they are not yet willing to take the time to do so. They miss some business, have to fax the same info over and over to folks, and lose some time each time they do so.
What technology have you been considering to improve your business? Sometimes you need to just sit down with someone and go over the pros and cons and have someone gather a little research. Don’t fall victim to doing it the old way because you don’t have the time to invest in a better way.

When it comes to most work, activity usually leads to productivity. The key is that your activity must be the right activity. If you are in sales, then you need to be in front of people presenting your product or service.  Activity where you are not in front of people is secondary. Prospecting, preparing, following up - all good activities - but if they are not secondary to your primary task, then you will major in the minors and not sell to your full potential.
Remember to have MFA. Massive Focused Attention on the most important thing that you need to do.Â

I have been a member of Pre-Paid Legal for over a year now. I began using the services of Pre-Paid Legal by having wills drawn up for me and my wife. We also did health directives at the same time. I have used the unlimited phone consultation with the lawyers and I recently have had them write a letter on my behalf. All of this was covered in my basic membership. I also have the Identity Theft Shield which allows for 24/7, 365 days a year credit monitoring and the backing of Kroll Services should my identity ever be stolen or tampered with.
I believe in this service so much that I have decided to become and Independent Associate with the company. You can learn more about the company by hitting the PrePaid Legal button on any of my web pages.Â

I had lunch today with an old friend and during our conversation he was explaining why I needed a new phone that would sync up with my Microsoft Outlook on the computer. He was totally excited about this and then at one point he said that his new phone did not have that feature which his old phone had. He almost cried. I assured him that I would look into when I upgrade in the future.

I witnessed and helped out a bit after a one on one car accident occured in front of me Monday. One car was a total wreck; the driver cut and bloody; and distraught. I reassurred that her that it would be ok as we attended to the cut on her head. I felt better when the fire, paramedics, and police arrived on the scene. The other driver was ok but feeling terrible that they had been part of the accident.Â
Auto insurance will sort out the auto repairs and medical cost due to the accident. I wondered if either party had legal insurance; that is a lawyer on call to help them walk through the events that are sure to follow. There are so many lawsuits that are filed in America every hour that everyone needs to have an idea of what they would do if the need for legal representation came up. The odds are that it will.
www.PrepaidLegal.com/info/GreggGreer is one place to start if you are wondering what you would do.Â
